New Construction

Cedar Creek, TX

For a brief period (2008-13), New Urban Home Builders was based in Austin, Texas; this charmer was a personal favorite among our Texan homes, largely owing to creative homeowners and the refreshingly eclectic turn the project took during construction. Featuring one-of-a-kind elements including reclaimed barn wood beams, antique doors and lighting fixtures, and handmade Mexican brick and tile, the home also incorporates American clay plaster walls, a metal roof and unfinished cedar siding for beautiful textures.

The residence was featured in Austin Home magazine and on Houzz tv and was included on the 2021 Austin AIA Homes Tour.
