Bullock-Walker Restoration

Commercial Renovation

Grand Rapids, MI

This historic, 1927-built building once housed the Bullock-Walker Chemical Company, and then the Richard App Gallery, before we renovated it to headquarter a local residential design firm. We reconfigured the main floor, added a kitchenette and installed an employee gym in the basement. The original tin ceiling was removed, and the original timber beneath it sandblasted, for an entirely new vibe.
