Our team is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee both new construction and large-scale renovation projects from pre-construction through closing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, well organized, and an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of luxury residential construction projects. This role requires leadership in scheduling, budgeting, trade coordination, quality control and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and reputation of New Urban Home Builders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage custom projects from budget development through closing
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Buildertrend software
Coordinate daily activities of trades, suppliers, consultants and site staff
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Client Experience
Meet with prospective clients in sales meetings
Maintain professional and consistent communication with homeowners
Lead client walkthroughs and progress meetings
Manage expectations and ensure a high-touch luxury client experience
Address client concerns quickly and professionally
Site Oversight & Quality Control
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards
Enforce safety protocols and job site cleanliness
Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrections
Financial & Administrative Management
Review budgets, invoices and purchase orders
Create change orders
Track project costs and approve expenditures
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Team & Trade Coordination
Direct and oversee Site Managers
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of trades
Support site supervisors and construction teams
Foster accountability and professionalism across all projects
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of residential construction experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience; custom and/or high-end experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes and scheduling of trades
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Experience with construction management software is an asset
Valid driver’s license

Our team is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on luxury residential construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, organization, strong interpersonal communication and maintaining high standards.
Position Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will coordinate trades, manage job site operations, maintain quality control, and communicate closely with the Project Manager and homeowners throughout the construction process.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, residential construction experience, and a passion for delivering luxury homes with exceptional attention to detail. This position offers intermediate-term potential for advancement to a Project Manager role within the company for the deserving candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations
Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications and schedules
Maintain organized, clean, and professional jobsites
Quality Control
Monitor workmanship to ensure luxury-level quality standards are met
Conduct regular inspections and identify deficiencies
Ensure all work complies with building codes and company expectations
Coordinate corrections and follow-up with trades as required
Scheduling & Coordination
Assist in maintaining project schedules and timelines
Coordinate trade sequencing and deliveries
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges
Communicate scheduling updates to the Project Manager
Safety & Compliance
Enforce jobsite safety procedures and standards
Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations and site safety requirements
Conduct regular safety checks and maintain site documentation
Client & Team Communication
Maintain professional communication with homeowners when required
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers and office staff
Foster strong working relationships with trades and suppliers
Represent the company professionally on all jobsites
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience
Experience in custom or luxury home construction preferred
Strong understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
